On June 1, 2026, Sari will celebrate her 52nd wedding anniversary with her high school sweetheart, Joe. Together, they have raised three successful sons (Joseph, Jerick and Andrew) a testament to their enduring love and strong family values. Sari actively participated in the PTA and contributed to classroom activities while her sons attended public school. Sari's professional career spans an impressive 30 years in government service. She began her journey with the Santa Maria-Bonita School District before moving on to serve Santa Barbara County. Sari culminated her government career with distinction, retiring from the County of Monterey as a Business Analyst. Her role included crucial support and configuration of various ERP Systems, including Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Retirement, Financial, and Learning Management for a workforce of over 5,000 employees.

Not content with merely excelling in her professional life, Sari Domingues undertook the challenge of furthering her education while balancing family and work responsibilities. Her academic achievements include two associate degrees (A.S. Information Technology and A.A. Liberal Arts) from Alan Hancock College, a bachelor's degree (B.S. Business Management) from University of La Verne, and a master's degree (M.A. Organizational Leadership) from Chapman University. Notably, her master's degree in Organizational Leadership was centered on the principles of "Servant Leadership," a philosophy that she wholeheartedly embraces.

Sari Domingues brings a rare combination of intellectual rigor, professional expertise, and deep generational roots to her candidacy for State Assembly District 37.

During her 30-year career in public service, Sari built a reputation as a skilled problem solver and leader. She played a key role in implementing and managing complex database systems, providing critical operational support, configuring and analyzing data, producing detailed reports, and identifying and resolving system errors with precision. Her strong analytical and abstract reasoning abilities enabled her to quickly diagnose problems and deliver practical solutions—skills essential for effective leadership in government.

Grounded in her deep love for the community that raised her, Sari is committed to restoring the safe, vibrant, and opportunity-filled California she once knew. With the discipline of a seasoned professional and the determination of someone who has generations invested in this region, makes her a formidable candidate ready to bring thoughtful leadership and meaningful change. She is standing up to fight for responsible governance, stronger communities, and a better future for District 37 and the State of California.
